Arrival & Dismissal

Arrival Procedures

• Grades 2–4:
  Morning drop-off runs from 7:45–8:00 AM. During this time, students will line up by homeroom on the playground blacktop.
  At 7:55 AM, teachers will bring the children inside to start their day.
  If your child arrives after 7:55 AM, they’ll enter through the side playground door, where a staff member will be there to greet them.
  If arrival is after 8:00 AM, please use the main entrance, and your child will be marked tardy in our records.

• Preschool:
  Preschool drop-off is between 7:55–8:10 AM at the main entrance. Students wait in the gym with their teacher.
  If arriving after 8:10 AM, your child will be considered tardy.

Dismissal Procedures

• Grades 3 & 4:
  Dismissal is at 2:40 PM near the side playground door.

• Grade 2:
  Dismissal is also at 2:40 PM, with pick-up at the back playground door.

• Preschool:
  Pick-up is at 2:50 PM in the courtyard behind the school.

• Late Arrivals for Pick-Up:
  We kindly ask families to arrive on time for dismissal. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, please ring the front bell and your child will be brought to you from the main office.
